An addition of 75 large luxury condos were added to an existing condominium at the base of a ski hill. The mandate was to make a truly ski-in ski-out condominium on the mountain. Placing the parking below grade enabled direct ski access from the condos to the chair lift and ski runs directly in front of the courtyard, which was previously consumed by parking.  These are images of our presentation rendering and early study model.
